set up VACANCY DISCOUNTS when your rental is coming to up to term
still having a vacancy. Just offer a VACANCY DISCOUNT by 6 week, 4 week,
2 week and even 7 day term expiration and our users will see a percentage
or straight dollar discount that you have set up. Our site even offers
a direct search entry into our vacation accommodations that qualify for such
short term offers.
Our system is a online reservation system that we allow YOU to manage.
You have total control of which reservations will ultimately get authorization
and receive confirmation on reservation. We collect all card information
for processing, notify the user of the 24 hour process, and build Credit Card
batch statements for you to process. After you view your batch and process the
client's cards that you wish to approve, you will then enter the authorization
number into KeysForRent, the client will receive final confirmation, the available
dates will THEN be removed from the system on that listing, and the reservation
is COMPLETED!
Our system is complete with back-office functionality. We offer many functions
to make your life easier. You can search for open vacation rentals between a specific
time period. You can view you arrivals or departures for a specific day. You
have the ability to quickly alter availabilty(although the system computes it
for you). You can set up multiple users and security restrictions on those users.

security restriction. You can change rates and dates, upload new photos, view
rental statistics, and much more.
