RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
This stunning Cape Cod home is located at the N. end of Nedonna Beach, a jewel of Oregon N. coast. One nondescript road in keeps the crowds down for those who are "in the know". Play at the beach, hike on the jetty, fish in the river. Close to great restaurants, natural wonders, and local curiosities. Come explore the Oregon coast and make some memories in this beautiful home.
With over 1600 sqft on a double lot, there's plenty of room for all your family activities. Outdoor table and chairs are near the fire pit. Ping pong, Shuffle-board, foosball, and bicycles are in the garage. Plenty of parking for vehicles & boat.
The Carriage house has a King bed and a sofa bed. There's a partial ocean view and it's equipped w/ a full bath, and kitchenette: microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker.
The master bedroom has a California King Tempurpedic mattress on an adjustable base. Master bath has separate bathtub and shower.
The upstairs, West facing bedroom also has a Tempurpedic bed, and a partial ocean view.
And a 3rd bedroom has a full and a twin bed. A full size sofa bed is also upstairs.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
Guest experience from earlier this year: We just had a fantastic week staying at this vacation house. The location is perfect. Its one block from Nedonna Beach. I wasn't familiar with this beach before but it is one of the most beautiful along that stretch of coast... I've now visited most of them! It is separated from Rockaway Beach by the park Manhattan Beach and so is much quieter and more private. Its a large beach with lots of driftwood and open sandy areas. The beach is dotted with driftwood structures built by people and its a great spot for an evening beach campfire.
The neighborhood is north of Rockaway Beach and is a semi-private beach community. Manzanita and other towns just north are close by including great restaurants and shops. Also the beautiful scenery, drop dead views and great hiking of Oswald West State Park are just about 20 minutes away. All the amenities of Tillamook are just 20 min south.
The house is an exceptionally well-built beach house. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. All the bedrooms were comfortable. Unlike most of the beach houses, this one has a large protected patio with dining table and firepit right out the kitchen/dining area greatly expanding the living space. Also, unlike most of the beach houses, it actually has some landscaping with shrubs and trees that give you some privacy from neighbors. The house is really as charming and stylish as it looks in the photos.
We were three generations staying there and everyone had a great time. I walked around and checked out lots of neighborhoods and houses while there and we will definitely be renting this house next time we visit the Oregon coast.

We had a wonderful time at the Nedonna house. It?s a beautiful home in a great location, a place for the kid in all of us.
Ping Pong, Foosball, fire pit, beach one block away. Check out the Garibaldi Cannery for the freshest seafood you can get.

The beach was super special with several driftwood log shelters. The neighborhood is beautiful. Lots of toys to play with in the house. One of the best ones we have stayed at.
