Model home for Spring Lake Park is located on Spring Lake just south of Rockaway Beach and just a short (150 yard) walk to Twin Rocks beach access. This home has it all. Lakeside Lodge is the perfect vacation rental for family and friend retreats where there is something for everyone and plenty of room to spread out. Fish off the dock, or take a spin in one of the 3 kayak's equipped with life vests of all sizes. At night cozy up around the outdoor fire pit or relax in the hot tub overlooking the private oversized lot and lake. Granite counter tops and upgraded appliances make it a pleasure to prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bath + bonus room. Master Suite downstairs with Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. Upstairs has 1 Queen Master Suite, the Bonus Room has a Full/Full Bunk and a Studio King Master. The Studio King Master Suite has a kitchenette with microwave, mini refrigerator, and 42" Flat Screen TV. Situated over the garage and connected to the main house with its own walkway it is a private retreat. All beds have down comforters, extra blankets and pillows and 400+ thread count sheets. New high quality mattresses in all rooms including memory foam and pillow top.

Rockaway Beach is the best-kept secret on the Oregon Coast. This quiet coastal town perfect for families offers, dining, coffee shops, shopping, candy and toy stores, an arcade and more without the traffic and overcrowded beaches. Explore 7.5 miles of pristine beaches, tidal pools, beachcombing, clamming, sand castle and log fort building, kite flying, and evening bonfires. Crabbing, whale watching, boogie boarding, hiking, biking, fishing, golfing, shopping and of course relaxing. This property sits just outside city limits in the area known as Twin Rocks. East side of 101.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lakeside Lodge in August. The house was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. We were so grateful for the property management as they went out of their way to return an item we accidentally left behind.

perfect for grandparents with the separate master suite over the garage and daughter and her family. The lake activities and spa were a hit with the grandkids. The unit was well stocked for a family stay and with games and beach toys.
