RENTAL DESCRIPTION:

Driving down highway 101, headed south, just past Oswald West State Park, look to the right for panoramic ocean views and views of Manzanita beach/Neahkahnie beach. Charming & modern, this custom built home just off the beach in Neahkahnie is two levels. Master bedroom on the ground floor make it ideal for 2 couples or a family. Dream location for birds and wildlife watching, surrounded by protected wetlands on two sides. The beach is just across the road. Wood-burning fireplace and lots of picture windows make it ideal all year 'round. Magical memories to be had at the Beaver Pond Cottage at the north end of Manzanita Beach. Oregon Coast beaches at their best at this location along the northern Oregon Coast. Outstanding location @ Neah-kah-nie Beach! Splash in the tide, walk the wet sand or play in the tidepools.....even find some wax from a shipwreck many years ago. If you're feeling especially adventurous, hike the mountian and look for the hyrogliphics on the rocks that may lead to TREASURE! This house is near the beach. The house is a little tight for multiple couples. The outside lot/landscape desires attention.

The only issue that we have with the property is that there is no yard. We will probably choose a different property next year when we do fishing as we would like to have a yard.
