Amazing place to stay. Quiet well insulated, cozy. We had a mix of storms with sunshine and were able to enjoy it all! Only recommendation is that the speakers get connected to the TV. But who needs a tv with such great views! Loved it.

This is our second visit to the house and we are planning on coming back next year. The house is clean, well maintained and has pretty much everything you need. We really liked being close to town and able to walk everywhere.

We loved the cottage. Great ocean view, cute decor, so well equipped, and clean. Our only small problem was that we couldn?t get either tv to work. Instructions would be helpful. We will be return guests.

We are sorry you had a problem with the TVs. We do check the TVs before check in and they were set and working at that time of check in. We were available during your stay and if you had contacted us, we would have helped you. The TVs were set on the wrong channel and they were no longer set on Satellite after your check out.

Wow..what a treat; much nicer then the pictures. The house was so cozy, nicely decorated and well stocked. The location was absolutely perfect. We?ve used Beach and Beyond for years and they never disappoint. We?ll be back!

The house was very clean, and had all of the kitchen utensils required for making delicious food. It was mere steps away from the beach and just a few short blocks to the center of rockaway. we will be staying here again.
