We love this home. It fit all 10 of us comfortably. We could watch the kids play in the sand from our deck and just a hop skip and jump to the water itself. This is the second year we have had this house and we can NOT wait for more to come.

The view is incredible and the deck is directly on the ocean front. The house is well stocked with almost anything you could possibly need. Could use a little extra TLC and a good deep cleaning. Look forward to our next visit.

We have been staying at rental houses in Rockaway for the past 10 years. This house was the most user friendly with a cook friendly kitchen with plenty of everything we needed for our multi-generation family gathering.

There were lots of thin white animal hair on dark blue bed. Maybe because you didnt have fabric softener in this house. Everything else were perfect.

This location is absolutely perfect ... being able to step off the porch onto the beach is awesome. The only thing I looked for but couldnt find was a fan for in the downstairs bedroom. We hope to stay here again next summer!

We really enjoyed the stay. We brought family from Nevada and they were really impressed with the view and the amenities the house had available. I will absolutely never stay in a hotel at the beach again!!!

Wonderful location. Very good for a family or group. Close to town and food. A little short on parking space if a group needs to bring their own car, we did car pool, but one or two drove down for the day. Excellent place to stay.
