This property was great for 4 adult couples. The location and views cant be beat. Easy beach access. House was very clean and had everything we needed. We really appreciated all the big pots and pans available as we have a great cook in the family!!!

We had a great time at the Harvey House. Excellent views and decor inside. Home is equipped well and comfy. The only minor thing was the hose leaked outside.

The kitchen appliances were new and very functional. My wife is in a wheelchair and she was able to navigate easily in the house. A small ramp would assist future users who have to navigate the three steps leading up to the front door.

A very nice rental with a great view. We will continue to rent this facility. The property management staff do an excellent job of preparing for our arrival and our responsive to any issues we may experience. I highly recommend this rental.

We loved staying at the Harvey House, the only thing I would of liked to have had was direct beach access, but we were able to make it work, and there is stairs a few houses down. We will definitely consider staying here again next year.

We dont use vrbo or vacasa anymore , their fees are out of hand for a short stay. We will use Beach and Beyond whenever possible.

This is our sixth year at Harvey House and we will return next year. It is a good place for family to gather and ocean front as well. our extended family was in eight units in Rockaway this week, and we think we have the best!!

We were traveling with my elderly father in a wheelchair. This roomy house was perfect for him to maneuverr. The deck made him feel "at the beach" despite his limitations. Great house!

Absolutely the perfect vacation home. The location, with the deck right on the beach practically was PERFECT!!! The home was large and perfect for our entire family. We loved every day of our stay at the Harvey House!!

Love the location and the way the house is set up for us, however the general condition of the chairs, water leak under the sink, bathroom sink that does not drain, and the hose that leaks concerns us on future visits.

Great location but could use some refreshing and updating. Bunkbeds in bunk room are in very poor condition and not safe- they need to be replaced. Gorgeous ocean front view that cannot be beat :

The view is outstanding, lots of room for a large group to spread out and enjoy.
FYI-oven in downstairs barely functions, never got above 135. Wifi connection also an issue.
