This serene 4 bedroom 1.5 bath private oceanfront home with private beach, is tucked away on a tree lined driveway off the world famous Cabot Trail.
Wide open expanses and panoramic vistas are enjoyed from two (2) outside decks. Featuring large picture windows, spacious bright sun-filled rooms, wood floors, and comfortable furnishings, Bata is a delightful two-story Cape Breton escape. The main floor features a living room, bedroom with queen bed, 1.5 baths and a large kitchen and dining room. Upstairs are 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms (2 queens and 2 twins). This cottage has privacy and character. With decj doors and windows open we felt as if the living room was an outdoor space open to the waterfront and the views beyond.

Well located site. Quiet, beautiful view of the sea. Dancing Moose and Clucking Hen located not far for breakfsst, lunch and dinner from fresh ingredients.
