RENTAL DESCRIPTION:

This is a fantastic ocean front private home for several couples or a family (4 BR/4 BA with 1 king, 2 queens,and 2 twins). With over 1 acre of land and beach front on the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve here it Rincon, Hacienda Ensenada consists of three buildings joined by a 20 x 40-foot covered terrace. On either side of the terrace is a casita with a spacious, AC'd bedroom with a queen size bed & its own private bath. The main house consists of two bedrooms & two baths (one king-size bed & two twin beds, again each bedroom is AC'd), a living room, dining room, a kitchen with ceiling fans only. It opens out onto this same terrace looking toward the ocean, & over the swimming pool. The house is completely furnished with everything you'll need including air-conditioning in the bedrooms only, ceiling fans only in the other areas, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, a reverse osmosis water filter, a high-speed Internet connection, Wi-Fi and an actual computer & plenty of off-street parking. A nice choice for anyone with limited mobility as there are no stairs. Also nice for multiple couples with the separate casitas- everyone together, but with a little privacy and space! The home has backup water, but no generator. Need more space? Rent Villa Tres Palmas next door (6BR/5BA, sleeps 12) or inquire about the Cottage, a 2 BR/2.5 bath home that sleeps 4 (2 Queen bedrooms with AC and each with a private full bathroom), just across the drive way. This home is available for special events. A minimum of 3 nights rental (longer at holidays) is required. A $1500 event fee will be charged in addition to the rental fees for events with outside guests.
