RENTAL DESCRIPTION:

3/2 Waters edge unit with sunset views. Very nice unit with all the amenities. Tile and wood floors. Cable TV, high speed internet and telephone. Balcony for waters edge enjoyment. Marina views from Guest room and canal and sunsets from Masters. Master has a Queen bed, guest has a Queen bed and a twin. 3rd room has a twin bed. Decorated is cool coastal shades. Sit on the balcony and watch the turtle sunbath on nearby logs. Great nature scenes from here. Rates includes sales tax, cleaning and resort fees. 2N=$380. 3N=$517.50 4N=$655. 5N=$792.50 6N=$930.00 1W=$930. July 4th weekend minimum of 7 nights plus $110. Total July 4th week $1,040.00 Memorial Day and Labor Day , Thanksgiving 3 night minimum

ACTIVITIES NEARBY:

Situated at the mouth of the Historic Suwanneee River and the Gulf of Mexico creates an Anglers Paradise. Both fresh and salt water fish are bountiful. Cruise up the unspoiled and Lower Suwannee Wildlife Refuge part of the Suwannee River and visit Manatee Springs and have a very good chance to see a Manateee (sea cow) Visit the local Islands and enjoy a secluded beach scene. Try your luck at Tarpon and Snook in season. This is a great area for grouper, redfish and trout. Take your cleaned daily catch to the waterfront dining Salt Creek Restaurant and let them cook it for a nominal fee. Opens at 4m. On weekends go dock side for cocktails at the Tiki Bar. Have breakfast or lunch with the locals at the cafe inside the Suwannee Marina. Drive across the Dixie Main Line through the Lower Suwannee Wildlife Refuge and feel like you are in the Everglades. Swim in the pool for Suwannee Cove guests only.
