RENTAL DESCRIPTION:

Nice 3/2 with a large game room and POOL TABLE with lots of windows for 180 degree water viewing. Outside deck for sunbathing and relaxing by the water. Covered porch with seating down back side to sit in the fresh air and visit. C There is also a new floating boat dock . Great for a large family or group. This home is located 5 minutes to the Suwannee River and another 10 to the Gulf of Mexico. . DSL provided. 1 Queen bed in master, Queen beds in each of the other 2 guest rooms. All payments must be made by check or cash. $150 a night. %10 sales tax rental rates only. $150 cleaning . 2 Night Minimum 2N=$480..00. 3N=645.00 4N=$810..00 5N=$975..00 6N= 1140.00 7N=$1140..00 ( These prices include sales tax and cleaning fees) 1 week minimum for July 4th weekend with additional $110.Total $1261.00 Memorial and Labor Day 3 night minimum plus $55 total $705.50 (3 nights)

ACTIVITIES NEARBY:

Boating in the Historic Suwannee River or Gulf of Mexico. Fishing for fresh or Salt water species.. Dine at the waterfront Salt Creek Restaurant on fresh seafood and have a drink in the cocktail lounge. Opens at 4pm Have breakfast or lunch with the locals at Suwannee Marina located within Suwannee Marina. In the evening have a drink at the Tiki Bar located deck side of the Salt Creek Restaurant. Drive the Dixie Main Line through the Lower Suwannee Wildlife Refuge and fell like you are in the Everglades.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

No smoking in home. A $150.00 extra cleaning fee will be charged to your account if smoking is detected in the home. Small pets May be welcome with a $25.00 pet fee. Pet must be 30lbs or under. A $1.00 per pound will be charged for each pound over the 30lbs.

I should have researched the scalloping more and not have comewhen the river had been high for so long,left nofishing or scalloping in shallow water areas so a poor fishing experience.

The porperty is perfectly located to access the Suwanee and Gulf. Very close to the marina, to launch your boat or gas up! Manatees actually swam and frolicked by the seawall, and we petted them! Great accomodations, we will be back!

This is a very nice location with excellent facilities and a great little community. For those of us who enjoy fishing and a laid back vacation its as good as anywhere weve ever been.
