      RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
      Celebrating our 100th anniversary, The Simmons-Bond Inn is a lovingly restored Victorian mansion in historic downtown Toccoa, Ga.  A Queen Anne Greek Revival masterpiece, the inn boasts 5 air conditioned guestrooms, each beautifully decorated with period antiques.  All have private bath and every amenity, including in-room gourmet coffee and tea, working fireplace, cable tv, vcr, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, and much more.  Complimentary snacks and cold drinks, along with a microwave, make the inn ideal for long stays
