                  RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
                  Disney Area 4 bedroom 3 bath home with pool and hot tub.  Newly built and furnished this year in resort development of Solana.

Solana is a gated community resort off of I-27 just 10 minutes from Disney and other exciting attractions.

Our new home will accomodate 10 guests.  There are 2 master bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with twin beds.  One master bedroom exits right to the lanai.  One master bedroom has a 19" TV, the other master bedroom and one twin bedroom have a 13" TV.  The great room has a queen sleeper sofa and entertainment center with a 27"TV, DVD player and 6 CD stereo.

The breakfast and dining room each have seating for 6.

The floor plan is contemporary and open into a fully applianced kitchen, breakfast area, separate dining room and great room.  The lanai is furnished with patio furniture.  There is a child proof fence aroung the pool.  A two car attched garage also has the laundry facilities-washer/dryer.

Everything you need is available to make this a turn key vacation.  All linens and full dinnerware and glassware sets are in this home.  There is free high speed internet access available in the clubhouse.
                         
                  COMMON AMENITIES:
                  The resort has a gated and guarded entrance, resort pool and spa, 4000 sq. ft. clubhouse, cyber cafe, and snack bar.  Currently being constructed is the soccer field, putting green sand volleyball court and interactive children's water play area.
                  ACTIVITIES NEARBY:
                  Golf, I-192 attractions, Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, Dinner theatres, etc...  These are all within 10-20 minute drive.
