RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
Twenty acre ranch 13 miles from Aspen in spectacular valley with mountain views! This wonderful home is a mountain paradise. It backs up to BLM land so great hiking right outside the door. Comfortable and carefree. Pets ok.
Adobe house with brick floors, fireplace in living room, and a 2nd fireplace in one of the three downstairs bedrooms. Downstair bedrooms open onto large patio. All glass front upstairs and down with south-facing all day sun exposure. Queen beds in 3 bedrooms, twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the fourth bedroom. Shower and large tub in huge master bedroom on main floor. The kitchen great room has a wonderful country feel with seating for ten at the table.
Big decks wrap around sides and front of house. Discount for multiple weeks. |
