RENTAL DESCRIPTION:
This is a deluxe Oceanfront house in area of exclusive homes.
All tile and marble floors, ceiling fans in every room. The ocean view master bedroom has its own bath. Awaken to ocean view from bed. House is well-furnished and equipped. Great room has a 15-foot windowed clerestory.
The beach is safe, warm, and the sand allows one to ride bicycles or walk for miles. The famous Cocoa Beach Pier is just a 20 minute walk on the beach three minutes by car.
Cape Canaveral/Cocoa Beach is a resort area with many places to eat from McDonald's to gourmet. The house is also close to a major Mall, 12-Plex Theater, and Super Wall-Mart.
The home offers privacy and quiet, yet it is surprisingly easy to get to all Orlando attractions via the "Bee Line" (528). Caretaker's cottage is on the property: Alan is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. |
