    MultiUnit - This service caters to owners of all types of multiUnit complexes such as Hotels, Motels, Condo complexes and Bed & Breakfasts. We offer a complete listing service with back-office functionality. Our complete service is inclusive of online reservations, administrative control, user security, custom e-mail service, credit card batch statements, history records and much more.

    Property Management - This service is for those management companies and owners who manage multiple vacation accommodations. This service comes complete with back-office functionality including online reservations, administrative control, user security, custom e-mail service, credit card batch statements, history records, deposit dispatch, housecleaning scheduling, history records and more.     Space Available - This unique service is one offered only by KeysForRent. This service allows property management companies to seek third party vendors such as hotel chains to supplement income and re-sell or offer space available listings at those complexes. This unique service is complete with 3 way custom e-mail service, online reservations(pending authorization via 3rd party), administrative control, user security, credit card batch statements, deposit dispatch, housecleaning scheduling, history records and more.

    can view scheduled listings as well as pending credit card batch statements.
  • We can take online reservations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    • Online reservations on KeyForRent.com requires that you have Internet access and an email address to either list or rent a property. Property owners or managers must set available dates on our calendar system and maintain that list to avoid scheduling conflicts. Our service will automatically maintain available dates as reservations are accepted. Property owners are also required to fill in rates for specific periods which are defined by the owner/manager and is fully editable within our admin area. Property managers are notified by email when reservations are accepted and messages are posted to your "Scheduled Listings" section of the admin area.
